Broken screw removal and replacement

So my Index's headband broke last week and I managed to repair it via replacing the head band itself, but when I was tightening one of the screws under the eye relief knob the head of the screw broke off, I was wondering what I can use to remove the screw and replace it with? The headset is still usable right now but this is for any future repairs
