@patriciote91318 I assume you are referring to the control module that is mounted on the right hand side in your engine compartment. For that, browse through the 2002 2006 Mini Cooper Brake chapter of the workshop manual. I seem to recall that the re-coding of the module was done with the 2003 and later. For that you most likely will need to have the OEM equipment/scanner that a dealer would have access to.
