Hi @curtbender
The crumb tray is hinged on the bottom of the toaster and is not a removable tray.
Turn the toaster upside down to see the location of the the spring clip that locks the tray in position.
Turn the toaster the correct way and press the spring clip to release the tray so that the crumbs fall off the tray.
