Why won’t my xbox power on?

Yesterday I had decided to do some quick cleaning for my Xbox Series S, and when i got done cleaning the inside i put the console back together and i didn’t do no deep cleaning just a quick clean to the fan. When i tried to turn it on the power button didn’t turn white but i could hear the fan running. Could the problem be with the power button board as when i disassembled it again i saw a little black piece fall off.
