Why does my Xbox run slow on certain games like Roblox but not cod And games randomly crashing

It might be bad WIFI in your house or defective WIFI board in the Xbox. Poor network conditions would cause any game to be slow, even if it's just Mariocart. anyway, try to use your phone's hotspot, and if that didn't work you'll have to take the Xbox apart to check its WIFI board. It looks something like this:

Also, it would be a good idea to clean the dust buildup in the console too, since that could also slow it down. Reapplying the thermal paste is also going to make the console heat up less and run games more smoothly.

It's going to be pretty complicated, so it's okay to just take the fan out and clean it.
Slow Roblox could also be a problem with the storage and the game files themselves but that seems unlikely.

Howdy there OP, can you try to power cycle your Xbox by unplugging it and plugging it back in? This can clear up any temporary software issues causing your games to run slowly.

Ya but it only runs slow on Roblox but any other game works fine
