@prashant40039 could be a keyboard error or a cable error. Connect an external keyboard and see if that works properly. If so, you know it is your keyboard that is the issue. Use the Lenovo Thinkpad L460 Hardware Maintenance Manual to work on your computer. Page 66 in the manual shows you how to replace the keyboard. Make sure that the keyboard cable is properly connected. If it is, it'll be time to replace your keyboard.
While you work on your laptop, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
