Why does my xbox keep glitching

My xbox keeps glitching like when i tried to press a button and then nothing happens and then i press it again and then it just glitches it and sometimes when i start a game 20 seconds after i turn on my xbox it glitches and sometimes with a black screen also this one time where the home button was broken whenever i tried to press it,it just freezes my game and glitches me

Hi!

First things first, is the Xbox up to date? If yes, please try a restore. If that didn't help, then please remove everything and completely reinstall it.

If that is failing as well, it could be the SSD which is having issues.

But please try to restore the software first.
