I've seen a eBay seller that is selling a replacement part, but I'm not sure how I would get to that part of the controller. I've checked out the other 2 guides on these, that being the Battery Replacement and the Hand Strap replacement, but neither of them don't get very close to that part of the controller.

hello i have the same issue with my left hand index controller and when u plug it in to charge it doesn't wanna charge and i tested my other charge ports and same with them but i tested my cable charging to see if its the controller or not and i believe its the controller and i cant find a video on how to replace it or take it somewhere to get it fixed but all the shops have no clue on about index controllers and how much it will cost to fix a small part
