iPhone 15 pro max , broken screen I have a spare screen that I’ve hooked up to the phone and it is timed out for 1 hour and keeps resetting the countdown , the problem is I’ve got a 16 pro max now and forgot my iCloud password and I can’t access my account anymore and I have a lot of very important and valuable data on my 15 pro max please help me regain access to my account anything helps

Hey there. I am currently taking the Apple Device Support courses and I know almost all of the ins and outs of regaining access to your Apple Account, and I would be happy to help!
First, go to this link: iForgot - Apple
Click Reset Password
Enter your email and the code given to verify you are not a bot
Enter your trusted phone number
You will need to enter some security questions
In some cases, Apple may not allow you to reset your password with a web browser. In this case, use a borrowed iPhone or one from an Apple Store.
If you cannot reset your password, or if your question was not answered, please let me know, and I will be happy to help!

If you have another device and you remember your email or Phone Number you could use those to verify sign in and change password. Alternatively you could also a mac to transfer the files to it.

Negative I’ve tried to connect the phone to a pc& Mac went into boot mode and the computer & Mac wound detect the phone for some reason it just says it Failed , and the I’ve got the iCloud account email same as her regular Gmail and once we try to do the reset password method it just never works .
I just tried to connect it to my pc and run the “forgot password “ method on a new and very new headache site and went to use another device to reset the password and was using my 16pro max tofree
