the problem is green or Amper LED is not ON. I traced center sense pin a resistor is missing between the center sense pin and the 5th EXT pin of MAX9940 ic, any one can help to find the value of resistor in DC in board

Hey Mate!
For this; I'd suggest you don't solder and just buy yourself a new magsafe port; they aren't expensive. It's a pretty straightforward repair as well.
Here's one off ebay:
