It sounds like you have an overcurrent protection issue. This could mean one of a few things.
- You have a faulty USB device. Disconnect all your peripherals and see if the error message goes away. If it does, reconnect one by one to see if the issue comes back. If it does, then you'll know which USB device is thee problem. Some peripherals will pull more current than others. External hard drives, dedicated webcams or microphones, or other higher powered devices may require external power, or a powered hub to avoid this
- You have a faulty USB port. Same goes for this. Disconnect everything and try a known good device in each port one by one. See if the issue occurs again. This could be as simple as a bent pin inside the port shorting to ground. If you find a bad port inspect it to see if it has been damaged, or had anything spilled in it.
- Your board is faulty. We'll hope it's not this one since it's more complicated to fix, but it's possible one of the components on the board responsible for USB communication is faulty. This would require either adding a PCIe USB card to bypass this, replacing your motherboard or trying to repair the board itself (which will require knowledge of soldering and how to troubleshoot electronic circuits).
You can also try updating the BIOS on this board, but in my experience this is much less likely to fix thee issue.

Is it always the same USB device that causes the error or always the same USB port with different USB devices.
An over current message indicates that the USB device is drawing too much power from the USB port that it is connected to on the motherboard.
A standard USB2.0 port supplies only 500mA (0.5A) @ 5V of power.
If the USB device is faulty and is drawing too much power then the USB protection circuit on the motherboard is activated to prevent damage to the USB port circuit and also to the USB device as well.

What is happening with the USB device as you haven't said what the problem is?
Is the USB device supplying power? Plug in a USB mouse or a mobile phone and check if the mouse turns on or if the phone is being charged.
