S24+ is throwing an overheat message when on. If the phone is turned off, then plugging it in or placing it on a wireless will fail with overheat message. Phone is not hot, will not charge and is currently dead becuase we can't charge. Just looking to back it up. Can anyone suggest a way to get a backup done?

Your best answer to this would be to call Samsung and ask them. An S24+ should still be in warranty. I seem to remember reading about a false overheat issue. I can't remember which model it was.

@kam11201 first step would be to replace the battery since one of the thermal sensor is on that.
