Why my battery is puffed up

@aaravsaxen38618 you do want to stop using your phone and stop charging it now! You do need to remove the battery and discard it in an environmentally safe way. There is a possibility that it may "vent with flame" meaning it will possibly explode and burn. It will also ruin your phone by putting pressure on the screen as well as the electronics and will cause damage. Stop using your phone and stop charging it!

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video Replacement batteries are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
