What type of TV and does it have any indicators flashing? What do you have plugged into it via HDMI? I had an Apple TV that kept turning the TV back on until I plugged its remote in to recharge. Remove any HDMI devices one at a time until the TV stops turning back on and that will show you what device is doing it. Then you can troubleshoot from there.
