Why do my van keep tearing up starters

My van have went thru 3 starters in just months anyone have an idea what's goin on

@trangiweat41240 what year and what exact model is your Savana? Does the front gear on your starter show any damage? Could be a bad flywheel. Are you applying the proper shims with you install the new starter? Have you checked the voltage to the starter? What have you checked?
