If the TV screen is physically broken it cannot be repaired. It will have to be replaced.
The cost of a replacement TV screen (if you can find one) can be nearly half the price of a new TV.
The better option is to advertise the TV as LG 32LB5610 faulty screen, good for parts, to try and recoup some of the costs towards a new TV. Working TV boards are always in demand.
