@clara67321 here are the instructions on how to perform a hard/factory reset. those are in English. Use a browser that will do the translating for you, if needed. Remember that a hard reset will erase all of your data.
Also, you will need the original email and password that was used when you first setup this phone. If you do not have that information, you will no be able to access your phone again.

Tu auras aussi besoin de l'adresse e-mail et du mot de passe que t'as utilisés quand t'as configuré ton téléphone pour la première fois. Si t'as pas ces infos, tu pourras plus accéder à ton téléphone.
