Why did car just STOP running?
All of a sudden one day my car just would NOT start. Had no issues of any kind going on at the time, (had a brand new battery also) won’t turn over, nothing!

Is the vehicle have manual or automatic transmission?
If manual transmission there's a switch on the clutch pedal that needs to be operated by pressing and holding the clutch pedal down, when starting the engine.
Perhaps it's a loose/faulty switch that's the problem

Do the appropriate instrument panel warning lights turn on when moving the ignition key from the Accessories position to the On position?
Do the headlights turn on?
Does the horn work OK?

Thanks for responding!!! Yes, I checked the instrument panel for any codes & I got “001” - … ? … 🫤
• Headlights work - horn too - stereo, windows, signal lights, not seeing any leaks ….
I’m in the process of changing the batteries ( I in-fasize {sp?} “batteries “ ) to my KEY FOBS. Each one takes “2” - the Outter side one is a 2016 & the Inside one (attached to the computer chip board) is an LV2020 - that’s sawdered to it. *I’m in nd of getting that one! - - boy, wouldn’t it be easy if that was the problem?!! 🤞🏻😏
