I disconnected the positive cable to clean the terminal and after cleaning i connected back again and alarm is going off and my car dont start and theres a red key light on on dashboard

Check if the red key light turns off after inserting the ignition key and switching it to the On position. You may have to wait for a bit for the light to turn off
If it does turn the ignition key to Off, wait a few more minutes and then try starting the engine etc.
