I’m having the same issue, I will press start but the water doesn’t fill. I’m thinking it might be a pump issue. The model is FDSH4501AS3A

Here's the service data sheet for the dishwasher that will help to find out what the problem is.
Enter the service mode as described and check what error code is being displayed.
There's an Alarm codes/Description table that shows what each error code means.
If you find the problem is due to a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown for it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

Something similar happened to me before, and it ended up being the water inlet valve rather than the pump. I’d probably check that first, especially on these Frigidaire models since the little screen can get clogged and stop water from coming in. Also worth checking if the float inside the dishwasher is stuck up because mine did that once and it wouldn’t fill at all. Just make sure the power is off before looking underneath the unit — hopefully it turns out to be something simple.
