My Keurig K Express is brand new...I can choose a 6 oz, 8 oz or 10 oz cup. I want my 10 oz cup but it ONLY brews an 8 oz cup. Very annoying! Always something with Keurig. I think this will be my last.

@carolgraha82391 this is usually caused by clogged puncture needles or water valves in the water tank. Since this is a new device, take it back. Get your money back since new devices with such errors do not get better with age and should not need to be fixed immediately.
