My phone was previously submerged in water and sent to the shop for repair. After that, the GPS and Bluetooth signals became weak.

There are a couple of possibilities here; the water may have damaged one of the two antennas in your phone or their connectors, or the repair shop may not have gotten them plugged back in correctly. If you take a look through the Samsung Galaxy S24+ Screen and Battery Assembly Replacement guide, you'll see where the connectors are (Steps 27 and 29). Here are pictures of those two connectors.
You can use that guide to replace one or both of those parts if the connectors seem to be secure and undamaged. Step 38 demonstrates how to remove the upper antenna.
Steps 40 through 42 show you how to remove the lower antenna.
Other than that, you could always print out this answer and take it and the phone back to the repair shop and ask that they check their work and if necessary replace one or both antennas.

But my phone version sm-s926b/DS doesn't have upper and lower antena. There is another part that i can replace?
