Should I replace the IO board or Motherboard?

Issue: Headset Display Disconnected. Steady Red Light on headset. No Display.

Attempted Fixes:

• Reset Headset [FAILED]
• Restarted Computer [FAILED]
• Updated Graphic Drivers [FAILED]
• Reseated Cable at Every possible breakpoint (Display port, USB port, Power Cable, Break point for power cable, Break point for tri-cable, Headset port) [FAILED]
• Move to known good Display Port on GPU and known good usb cable [FAILED]
• Replaced Both parts of Cable with New Cable from IFixIt [FAILED]
• Reset all SteamVR USB drivers [FAILED]
• Attempted to see if it was an incorrect resolution setting but couldn't even detect headset in display settings.
• Tried a different computer [FAILED]

Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas on how to figure out the source of the issue?
