ram is running low and the pc is overheating and alco cpu is running low and a cpu have N100 usage of cpu 4GB ram and 198GB storage they could change my hardware devices by faking the pc as the one you can install some large games and play.

What is your actual model number, the specifications you list do NOT match the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3x - 15Q8X10 which IS upgrade-able. If you really have only 4GB RAM and 198GB storage you can't expect to play the latest large games, trying to do so with such low memory and limited storage WILL definitely cause it to run poorly. It is also likely that your device isn't one that can be upgraded. the only way you might be able to do better is to free up all the space you can and increase your virtual memory... but it's NOT going to perform a miracle for you.
