Hi! Your android version is likely corrupt/broken, but it could be other things. Here are some troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure your battery has been charging for at least 30min.
- Select try again, and if it goes back to the same screen try a force restart by holding the power button for 30 seconds.
- Clear the cache partition, by restarting and holding Power and Volume Up, use volume up and down to navigate and power button to select Clear Cache Partition.
If none of these work I recommend performing a data reset if you don't have any data you need on the phone.

Kindly restart the phone you try to enter the password if you know it, if you don't factor reset your phone then it will work properly
