If the motherboard model is NM-A082 then fuse F7 is the LCD screen backlight power fuse - see image below.
It is a 32V 3A 0402 fuse. Search online for ERBRD3R00X to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
Hopefully it is designated on the board as I could find a boardview file for the motherboard to show its location. It is usually located near the LCD connector on the board.
