I was just using the laptop then it suddenly came to boot menu I can't

It only has

Boot menu | Application Menu

1.windows. |

Boot manager |

Hi, what happens when you choose the Windows option?

You'll probably navigate with the keyboard arrows, and then press Enter to select the boot OS.

Is this a one time thing, or does this happen each time you start / restart your laptop?
