2004 Lincoln Navigator wont start
Changed the fuel pump, still won’t start. Pushed the fuel reset button, still wont start.

There is a fuel pressure regulator in the fuel supply line that is used to maintain the fuel pressure to the engine (even when the engine is off).
You may need to check if the fuel is getting to it
Here's an image that may help.

We'll need some more information: did the car have any issues before this? does the electrical system start up (lights, radio, etc)?, have you tested the battery, starter motor, and ignition?

I drove it home, and parked in my driveway on an incline, which I never do and hasn’t started since. Replaced fuel pump and still wont start, it will if you spray it with starting fluid, briefly, then dies. The battery is good and replaced the alternator about 2 months ago.

Also, I didn’t replace fuel filter because the plastic clips WILL NOT come off

I'm not much of a mechanic, but it does sound like replacing the fuel pump would be a logical first step. Since the iFixit community is generally more focused on electronics than automotives, it might be good to get an in person inspection from a mechanic.

What happens when you try to start it i.e. does the engine crank but not fire or not crank at all?
