that's exciting Monika. I will assume nothing happens when you press a start button or insert the pitcher, or whatever, and you have it plugged in, and you have checked the outlet to verify there is power. after that it would involve disassembly and testing the power ckt with a Mm. I would assume you don't have one of those, so the best bet is to ask someone local who knows how to troubleshoot electrical items.

@monikabaidya exactly what is not working on it? Does it turn out but does not blend? Does it do anything? What have you already checked?
