There are a number of reasons that your phone might not charge. Here are three things you can try, in order of easiest to most complicated:
- Make sure that the charging port is clean and free of debris. If is looks dirty, Try to clean it using this guide

# Ensure that your charger is working. The easiest way to do so is to see if it can charge another USB C device. If your charger cannot do so, replace the charger.

- If those steps don't work, see if you can replace the battery and/or the USB C port. The way to determine which one of these needs replacing is easy. Attempt to charge the phone with a wireless charger. If it charges wirelessly, then the USB C port needs replacing. If it does not charge wirelessly, then the battery needs replacing.
