I have a problem with the WiFi sometimes, it shows portal keeps stopping, so what can I do

Just clarifying what you mean when you said "....it shows portal keeps stopping,.....".
Do you mean that the WiFi connection to a network is lost but the WiFi is still turned on in the phone or that the WiFi turns off in the phone?
If it's just that the WiFi connection to a network is lost, then it could be an antenna problem in the phone.
Try using the phone's WiFi as close as possible to your home network WiFi router e.g. <15cm and check if the phone detects, connects and maintains a stable connection to the network.
If it does check if the antenna in the phone is securely connected at both ends i.e. mainboard and sub board.
Here's a zoomed in image taken from Step.15 in the ifixit Changer l'écran du Samsung Galaxy A70 guide that shows the WiFi antenna.
If the antenna is faulty, search online for GH39-02014A to find suppliers that suit you best. (supplier examples only)

Is it happening everywhere or select places? If phone is not able to sense Wi-fi in select places then it could be antenna problem.
