Bluetooth and wifi not working

Step 1: Perform a Network Settings Reset (Software Check)

Before jumping into hardware, rule out any software glitches.

• ​Go to Settings > Connection & sharing > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth.
• ​Tap Reset settings and restart your phone.
• ​Check if you can toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on now.

​Step 2: Physical Inspection (Antenna & Connectors)

If the reset doesn't work, you will need to open the device to check for visible physical damage.

• ​Check the Antenna Flex Cables and their connectors. If the phone was recently dropped, these cables can become loose or disconnected.
• ​Look for any signs of corrosion or burnt components near the antenna modules.

​Step 3: Checking the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth IC (Hardware Level)

If the connections are secure but the issue persists, the problem is likely at the board level, specifically the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth IC.

• ​Since both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are handled by the same combo chip, a failure in this IC (or its power supply) will cause both to stay 'greyed out.'
• ​Action: You will need to check if the IC is receiving the correct voltages. In many Poco cases, the solder joints under the IC (or even the CPU) can fail due to thermal stress. You might need a professional technician to perform a reballing or replace the IC entirely.
