My MacBook Pro is a 13-inch Apple M2, 8GB, HC32D6DG67, mac OS Sonoma 14.5. There is a touch screen right above the keyboard and it lights up, but I think it's an external part that needs fixing because the light does not work anymore and everytime I open to start the laptop, it lights up and it lights up non stop but it won't show the keys anymore.

If the TouchBar is lighting up, just not offering the icon's, does the area you would touch still function normally? Often times this also fails. You may want to run diagnostics to see if the failure is seen within it Apple Silicon Mac: Apple Diagnostics for Self Service Repair
Sadly Apple only offers a full uppercase to replace the TouchBar if that has failed, if that's not the issue only leaves us with a logic board problem. One can replace the TouchBar it's self but it's not an easy job as you'll need to take the system almost completely apart to get to it and you do need fully remove it as it's well secured to the case.
