I can download games fine from the store. However, when I boot up the game, the game boots up and then goes blackscreen for less than a second and the xbox button on the front of the console. Flashes 2-3times and goes back to the dashboard.

Hi!
Is the Xbox fully up to date?? Would try a factory reset first and install a game and try again.
Worst case, SSD is failing. But let’s try the above first.
Please let us know how that goes!

Thank you for coming back to me, exactly what I thought. Already tried a factory reset and tried to reinstall a game and when loading up a game but the same thing would happen.
I thought it must be a SSD issue as the console powers up completely fine, so it cant be a power related issue and doesn't seem to have any issues of overheating to my knowledge. I've gone ahead and purchased a new SSD and reader to clone the SSD currently inside and then copy the file onto a new hard drive.
I will keep you updated if this fixes it or not.
Yeah, that would be my guess too. And when it's not even able to load the game, it's a very small chance that it would be related to overheating. Please let us know how it goes with a new SSD!

I think this happens because the key didn't came over. It's very difficult to get this fixed easily. I would also just to contact some local repair shops who MAY know more about this. You can also find some more info here: https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxSupport/com... It may also be happening due the sector size. Can you check that one out as well? Make sure that the original SSD ALWAYS contain it's files. So do NEVER format the original SSD. Thank you!
