Power light on, fans at full speed no display.
My Pavilion turns on, and the fans turn on at full speed immediately. The power light is on, but nothing will ever display. I have waited for 12+ hours, and it just stays with no display and the fans on full speed. I have reseated the RAM, tried known working DIMMs, tried putting the RAM in different slots, have tried a power refresh numerous times, and I have also tried just turning it on without the battery connected, just the charger, and nothing changes. I also tried both key combinations for a BIOS reset and spamming the key to enter the BIOS. I can't get it to do anything.

Did you try a full power refresh with the charger and battery disconnected i.e. with both disconnected, press and hold the power button operated for a full 30 seconds, reconnect the battery and charger and check?
Not sure if this is the procedure you used or not when you said a "....power refresh numerous times....".

@jayeff Yes, that is what I did. I did the entire process about 5 times.

What happens if you try to start it with the ram removed - same thing or does it stop?
