Why my phone it has no Settings app

There are 4 methods that FixBot said to solve this problem:

1: You can Open Quick Settings to get to Settings:

Swipe down from the top-right corner. Then tap the cog icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open the full Settings menu.

2: Search for the App

If the icon is missing from your home screen, it may still be in the App Drawer:

1. Swipe up from the middle of your home screen to open the App Drawer.
2. Tap the Search (Finder) bar at the top and type "Settings."
3. If the app appears, long-press the icon and select Add to Home to put it back on your main screen.

3: You may have accidentally hidden the app in your home screen settings:

1. Long-press any empty space on your home screen.
2. Tap Settings (or the cog icon) in the bottom-right.
3. Select Hide apps on Home and App screens.

Check the "Hidden apps" section at the top. If Settings is there, tap the minus (-) sign to unhide it, then tap Done according to forum solutions.

4: Wipe Cache Partition (If the app is crashing)

If the app is missing or crashing immediately after an update, a corrupted system cache may be the cause. This process does not delete your personal data:

1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Side (Power) buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
3. In the recovery menu, use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe cache partition and the Side button to select it as recommended on Samsung US forums.
4. Select Yes to confirm, then select Reboot system now.

The problem is corrupted files from Installation/Setup. You have to from pull it into a computer then find the files for the settings app. Or, alternatively you can go to Samsung they will help
