@barabulaiustin you are saying that your Lenovo is not charging but are not telling us if it comes on while connected to the AC adapter. You also said you check of power on the DC-in jack but we need to know what voltage you get on the jack and if you measured that on the motherboard side or on the jack itself.
For now, get an ammeter and see if your laptop draws any amperage from the charger. After that, you need to check and see if your motherboard even gets power.
