A blurry screen plus no response usually points to display or system issues. First, restart and check resolution (set to recommended) and scaling in display settings. Update or reinstall graphics drivers. Try connecting to an external monitor—if it looks fine, your laptop screen or cable may be faulty. If it’s blurry even in BIOS, it’s likely hardware damage. Also check for loose display connections if you’re comfortable opening it. For “not communicating,” test keyboard/trackpad and USB ports—could be driver or motherboard issues. Run system diagnostics or reset the OS. If problems persist, get it checked by a technician.

@phrass does no communicate how? Communicate with what? Give us more information on that.
Connect an external monitor and see if that displays clearly. If so, you know the issue is your LCD and might need replacement.
