@ymnaalyhsyn your Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro does not have an external speaker. They have the speakers and then the headset speakers. Both of those can be replaced. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use the one from here for the headset. Use the one from here for the speaker. Both of those are written in Spanish. Use a browser that will do the translation for you, if needed.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
