Here's a supplier I found by searching for Roomba J7 camera parts There may be others that suit you better
Here's a teardown video that may also help with the replacement.
The camera board is seen being removed at ~10:15 minutes into the video.
Take pictures of where all the cables connect to before disconnecting them to make it easier to reassemble once you've replaced the camera.
