I have a 3 year old Keurig K Supreme Plus. I use reverse osmosis filtered water only. Sometimes when I descale the descale notice continues to flash even after 30 brewsings and it still wants me to descale. But a few times it did reset after about 20 brewiings. I'm assuming if I do 25 brewsings that that is enough and if it still displays a flashing descale notice I will ignore it and assume it has been descaled. Does anyone disagree? I descale about every 4 months and we brew 2 cups per day.
