Hi!
As you noted, these are all signs of a dead battery, so you would need to go ahead and replace the battery.
iFixit does not seem to have a guide for the 5G model, but they have a battery replacement guide for the Mi 11 Lite which seems identical to the Mi 11 Lite 5G, the guide includes a list of tools required for the repair.
iFixit does not have a battery for this model, so that is also something you would need to source from a local dealer, Amazon or the like.
