For example, my phone has a total storage capacity of 64 GB, but the storage statistics only show:

However, my phone still indicates that 62.3 GB out of 64 GB is already used.

What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?

Options

Try wiping the cache partition and check if this increases the amount of available free storage.

Note: Do not select Wipe data/factory reset as this will erase all your data on the phone
