I'va had 2 Gaojie 100 watt soldering iron heater units fail fail in one year. Can I buy replacement 100 watt heater units?

You should be able to get the heater cartridge and tips online. It's possible you used the wrong cartridge for your AC power. Using the 110 cartridge with 220 power will quickly kill it.
