Joystick only moves left right and up after replacement

Hi!
Did you tried another joystick first??
Anyway, how are the traces? It seems damaged at the lower and left side, or is this not the case?
Otherwise you do need to fix the traces first.
Please let us know how it goes!

I put another stick in and it had the same problem so I think it's the board
Yes, most likely... I think the traces are damaged there.

It's not easy... Replacing the motherboard will fix it, but is expensive.

@noah19374 can you take a picture of the joystick traces with the joysticks and solder removed? it'll help us diagnose the actual problem.🙃
if you have the left and right movement you definitively had the correct voltage in this potenciometer,, use a jumper cable from de signal of 1.8 volts from de potenciometer thats work to the leg of the other potenciometer that doent work and try
