@preetsinghmann you will need to flush the steering system and change the power steering fluid. Check this Mitsubishi Lancer Power Steering Components And Function. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that use something like this video to get it accomplished.
While you work on your car, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issues with their Lancer. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

Can you explain the problem is the steering stiff or make noise when you are at the end of the steering wheel's travel either way?
