Please help me. I have a ps3 and my mom dropped it and all of a sudden its been making strange noises when I turn it on and it turns off once I turn It back on.... I don't know what to do... Somebody please help me

Hi!
Could be the motherboard or something is loose inside. Could also be the HDD.
The only thing I can advise is to open it up and check if something came off from the motherboard, also check if all the cables are connected as it should be.
Check the power supply as well.
You could take the covers off and listen where the noise come from.
It could be anything... It's hard to say.
