Why does my printer screen show 300 degrees but the bed is cold?
The Screen shows the bed to be 300 degrees Celsius, which is too hot, but the bed is cold.

300C is the "error condition". If you see a temperature of 300C for the print bed then the temperature sensor is broken or disconnected.
