My 4KSM5PSGR proline series mixer stopped working

I have a KitchenAid Pro Line 4KSM5PSGR mixer that stopped working under load.

I opened it up and found the worm gear is worn/stripped.
Where can I get a replacement?

When I ran the motor without the gears attached, it makes a bad noise. I don't know if the carbon brushes need to be replaced.
How can I tell if the brushes need to be replaced or if it is something else?

I've attached some images of the brushes.

Did you mean a KSM5PSGR mixer?

If so, the worm gear is p/n 4162897.

Check if the commutators need cleaning. Not sure re the brushes but the best I could find re their dimension is that they're 23.7 x 5.8 x 5.8 mm (when new). Their p/n is 9706416

I think that the "4" prefix means that the mixer is meant for overseas markets and not the USA.

The parts list attached has part numbers for the 115V,100V and the 240V models
