Candy Dishwasher CI 6C4F1PMA-80 Leaking from Air Break Assembly

My Candy Dishwasher CI 6C4F1PMA-80 has started to leak from the little square window of the air break assembly.

Here is a video I recorded earlier showing the air break assembly filling and then starting to leak as water fills the small chamber next to the hole connecting the inside of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is filling with water correctly and runs programmes.

I have fully cleaned the air break assembly with citric acid solution to remove any limescale.

What could be the issue?
